Common questions

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, a short Statement of Work that lists what you get and what it costs. It protects you as much as us. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days’ notice.

How does payment work?

A deposit to start and the balance when you approve the final work. Invoices are due within 15 days.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Once the project is paid, the files, domain and accounts are yours.

Do you work with clients outside South Dakota?

Often. Our clients include authors and firms around the country, and everything we do works over video and email.
