Pasque & Prayrie is Tere Brechtel Froelich and her daughter, Mandy Froelich. Since 2021 we’ve edited books and built brands, websites and marketing for authors and small businesses across South Dakota and beyond.
Tere Brechtel Froelich
Tere taught English language arts and journalism at Sturgis Brown High School for 21 years. Before that, she spent a decade as a graphic artist, designing and editing pages for the Black Hills Pioneer and the Weekly Prospector.
Today she edits novels, memoirs, devotionals and family histories, designs the books that come out of them, and photographs the prairie outside her door.
Mandy Froelich
Mandy brings more than ten years of website design, graphic design, writing, ebook publishing and branding, plus a career advising business owners on how to start and grow.
She also helps families and businesses build their financial wellbeing through Black Hills Financial Planning, and brings that head for numbers to every quote and launch plan here.

The first flower on the prairie, and a little prayer
The pasque flower is the first bloom on the South Dakota prairie each spring, often pushing up through the last of the snow. That’s the work we like best: helping something new get started.
And yes, the “pray” in Prayrie is on purpose. Our faith shapes how we work: honest quotes, promises kept and every client’s project handled as carefully as our own.
